Whether you’re ready to begin your search or simply exploring your options, we’ll help you consider the right support for your home. You can also submit our placement form to receive a personalized roadmap at no cost. There’s no charge for the call and no obligation to move forward.
Cancellation Policy
**Complimentary Consultation Policy** Our consultation is a free introductory call to discuss your household staffing needs, answer questions, and explain Balia’s placement process. There is no obligation to move forward. **Before Your Call** Please complete the booking questions so we can prepare for your conversation. If your needs or availability change, let us know before your appointment. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. We understand unexpected situations arise and appreciate your notice. **Beginning Your Search** Booking a consultation does not initiate a candidate search or guarantee a placement. Recruiting begins after you approve your placement plan, complete the required agreement, and pay the $250 startup deposit. **Placement Fees** Our placement fee is 15% of the position’s annual compensation, based on the approved position outline. Your $250 startup deposit is credited toward the total placement fee. Full payment terms are outlined in your placement agreement. **Position Requirements** For ongoing placements, we accept positions offering at least 25 hours per week. **Your Information** Information shared through the booking form and consultation is used to understand your needs and prepare your placement plan.
