A loving family in Wilmington, DE is seeking a punctual, organized, and caring family assistant to help with their 10- and 12-year-old children. Responsibilities include laundry, house organization, daily tasks, transportation to and from activities and school, and general childcare support.
They are looking for someone comfortable handling occasional messes and who is interested in a long-term nanny/helper role with their family. (Very long-term 2+ years) They prefer someone that has an A type personality or very well organized personally. They ideally want someone who understands that a 10- and 12-year-old are still children and need assistance where it's needed.
Duties:
Include meal prep
laundry for all family members
Transportation
Planning activities
Helping with homework
Organizing
Grocery picks up
Not all hours will be dedicated to childcare with which the other tasks will be requested.

Schedule: 2–3 afternoons per week, approximately 2:00/3:00–7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour

A warm family in Exton is seeking an experienced and dependable Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant for one child, approximately 2.5 years old.
The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy the toddler stage and bring a balance of warmth, creativity, consistency, and age-appropriate structure. Responsibilities will include afternoon childcare, daycare pickup, developmental activities, meal preparation, children’s laundry, light household organization, grocery shopping, errands, and general family support.
The child has a peanut allergy and is currently receiving immunotherapy, so the selected candidate must be attentive, safety-conscious, and comfortable following all allergy and emergency procedures.
The family employs a housekeeper, and no deep cleaning is required.
