15% Placement Fee
Our fee is a 15% commission based on your nanny’s first-year gross salary, calculated from the position write-up and salary range you approve at the start of the search (not the final hours or amount in the nanny’s contract).
This commission is paid by the family and is not deducted from the nanny’s salary. It is confirmed once you approve the position details and salary range, and is due when your nanny accepts the offer.
• Applies to all placements of 25+ hours per week. Final fees depend on specific position needs and nanny experience.
