We review every detail and provide a tailored overview of your ideal candidate, along with our recommended process and suggested market-aligned salary and benefits. We’re also happy to set up a time to talk at any point during the process.
If you love the plan, you place a $250 startup deposit to begin the search. Our final fee is 10% -15% of the candidate’s annual compensation.
We launch your search by marketing the position across premium job networks and socials. Following rigorous vetting, we introduce a shortlist of top-tier talent for your review. Balia Referral Agency is your dedicated household staffing agency, ensuring you find the perfect match for your home’s unique needs. We manage every detail—from coordinating interviews and extending offers to finalizing onboarding—to guarantee a seamless transition
